International Real Estate Partners (IREP) announced changes to their management team.  Jack Finney has been promoted to the new position of Chief Operating Officer and Kamran Abbas’s position has been realigned to Chief Financial Officer.


As IREP continue to expand and deliver their custom facilities management solutions in more than 50 countries across 6 continents, they are committed to strengthening the management team to support their continued period of rapid growth and development.

Jack will be tasked with the day-to-day administration and operation of the business and focus on executing IREP’s business plans and future long-term business goals. Jack has been working with IREP’s senior management over the last two years in the capacity of Head of Property and Advisory and has vast experience of IREP’s culture and business operations.  

Kamran has been working as Commercial Director with IREP since July 2017 where he has been developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with their accelerated growth. In his new role as CFO, Kamran will oversee the group infrastructure, finance & accounting and sales, marketing, HR and procurement divisions for the company.

Both Jack and Kamran bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the IREP management team.

New leases

  • Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
  • Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
  • iLogic, an official distributor of Delphi Tools, has leased 3,400 sqm of modern space at MLP Wrocław. This transaction completes the commercialisation of the 66,000 sqm warehouse complex. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported the tenant during the negotiation and lease agreement process.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.

Arete sells Slovak industrial park to Erste fund

Arete has completed the disposal of Arete Park Trenčín, a fully leased industrial asset in Slovakia with a total gross leasable area of approximately 5,600 sqm, to Erste Asset Management acting on behalf of Erste Realitná Renta, for an undisclosed purchase price.
