7R has begun construction of a 9,700 sqm built-to-suit (BTS) parcel sorting facility in Bydgoszcz for a long-standing e-commerce logistics partner. The project, part of the 7R Park Bydgoszcz I complex, is due for completion and handover in Q1 2027. The developer has previously delivered 44,000 sqm of warehouse space across five locations for the same client.

Industrial developer CTP is expanding its footprint in Hungary with its first development in the southern part of the country, located in Pécs.

Panattoni BTS has completed construction of a BTO factory for Danfoss in Tuchom. The facility, with a floor area of around 22,500 sqm, will start production of heat exchangers.

P3 Logistic Parks, an investor, developer and manager of European logistics properties, has signed two lease agreements at P3 Błonie with a combined area of both contracts totals nearly 11,250 sqm. 

Panattoni has begun developing a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. The project will be delivered as a build-to-suit (BTS) within the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV complex and will comprise nearly 20,000 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, along with office and social facilities.

Industrial developer Panattoni will deliver a 46,000 sqm build-to-suit project for Nagel-Group in Poznań as part of Panattoni Park Poznań East III. The facility will serve as the food logistics company's key hub in Poland.

Industrial developer Panattoni has acquired a 9-hectare plot in Zakrzów and will build the Panattoni Park Kraków East VI project, which will include two facilities: an 11,000 sqm BTS building for a logistics operator and a 16,000 sqm speculative warehouse.

LemonTree has completed the sale of the BTS Martes Sport building in Mysłowice to Invesco Real Estate. The facility, located in the Katowice metropolitan area, is a class A warehouse with 51,604 sqm of space.

Panattoni has purchased a 13-hectare plot on behalf of investor Jet Investment and is launching a new development in the Podkarpacie region. The first phase of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North II will include two buildings totaling over 42,000 sqm, with three tenants already signed. The complex will ultimately exceed 110,000 sqm.

P3 Logistic Parks has completed a built-to-suit warehouse project for DPD Poland at P3 Bydgoszcz Park. The facility, which will be used for local parcel processing, offers 7,117 sqm of warehouse space and 742 sqm of offices.
