Panattoni has completed another built-to-suit (BTS) development. US manufacturer of production line components Maxcess has opened what is now its main European manufacturing plant in Fałkowo. Through investing PLN 60 million (ca. €14 million) in this project, the company will be able to double its current workforce.

Panattoni has completed the construction of a new production and warehouse facility for Air Spiralo in Szamotuły, near Poznań. The new 9,200 sqm investment will enhance the company's production and logistics capabilities.

CTP has been appointed by dog food manufacturers PsiBufet and Butternut Box to build a specialist facility to produce fresh dog food for distribution across continental Europe.The specialist new facility is being developed in a build-to-suit model at CTPark Zabrze.

Panattoni has finished the construction of a logistics centre in Iłowa district (western Poland) for Hermes Fulfilment. This is the first project that has been built for the company in Poland and is also the largest centre of its type in the Hermes Group portfolio. 

Panattoni has been granted financing to develop a factory for global lighting producer Trilux. The loan of €18.3 million was granted by Alior Bank.

MLP Poznań witnessed a foundation stone laying ceremony for a new project to be developed for HAVI Logistics. Once completed, the new facility – comprising 16,000 sqm of space – is scheduled for handover at the beginning of the second half of 2024. The project contracted to WPIP Construction, will undergo a BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

Panattoni has completed and handed over the main European production facility of 13,000 sqm for Maxcess, an industrial automation system producer. 

The newest, and first in Central and Eastern Europe, factory is being built in Świdnik by the Trilux Group, a global lighting supplier. The 23,000-square-meter plant, which meets BREEAM certification criteria, will be built by Panattoni. 

InPost has entrusted Prologis with the construction of a Build-To-Suit tailored warehouse and office facility with an area of ​​11,500 sqm in Prologis Park Ruda Śląska. InPost will move into the new DC3 building in September 2024. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

Panattoni has launched work on another project for the retail sector. A distribution centre is to be built in Szczecin with an area of around 54,500 sqm where up to 500 people are going to be employed. The development will be certified under BREEAM for a rating of Outstanding.
