Industrial developer Panattoni will deliver a 46,000 sqm build-to-suit project for Nagel-Group in Poznań as part of Panattoni Park Poznań East III. The facility will serve as the food logistics company's key hub in Poland.
At the new location, Nagel-Group will consolidate four existing warehouses currently operating in the Poznań area and relocate its HQ, creating its most important operational hub within its national structure.
"With the new location in Poznań, we are laying the foundation for further growth in Poland. The consolidation of four existing branches into a modern, connected logistics property increases our efficiency and strengthens our operational performance," says André Pleines, Executive Director Real Estate of the Nagel-Group.
The facility will feature precise temperature control systems. The development will include an 11,000 sqm cross-dock area with 66 loading docks, a three-storey office building, 300 parking spaces for cars and 120 spaces for heavy goods vehicles.
"The Nagel-Group BTS project represents the next chapter in our partnership, which has grown alongside our partner's expanding operations in Poland. Nearly two decades after delivering our first joint projects, we are now developing a central operational hub," says Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni. The project will achieve Breeam Excellent certification and construction is scheduled to commence in Q1 2026.
