P3 Logistic Parks has completed a built-to-suit warehouse project for DPD Poland at P3 Bydgoszcz Park. The facility, which will be used for local parcel processing, offers 7,117 sqm of warehouse space and 742 sqm of offices.

“This is the first P3 and DPD agreement in Poland. We are pleased to begin our cooperation with a cross-dock facility built to the client’s specifications. Combined with its attractive location, it will support efficient logistics processes. The project also marks our debut in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region, which is gaining importance on Poland’s logistics map,” said Zbigniew Smyczyński, Head of Development, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland.

The warehouse includes 105 gates of various types and has achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification. The reinforced roof is prepared for photovoltaic panels and solar collectors, while ten electric vehicle chargers have been installed, with ten more planned.

“The new DPD branch in Bydgoszcz combines advanced technology and thoughtful infrastructure design. It is flexible, efficient, and employee-friendly, supporting our growth in both individual and business customer segments,” said Magdalena Chojnacka, Regional Director at DPD Poland.

The park is located in the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park at E. Peterson Street, close to the S5 and S10 expressways and the A1 motorway. The 13-hectare site will eventually include two warehouses, with the second building to provide more than 36,000 sqm of space.
