Crestyl has introduced its residential project Nová Amerika, featuring 243 apartments, which will be built in central Brno in the Nové Sady area.

Brno and Ostrava office markets have revealed contrasting trends among regional cities during H2 2025, according to the Regional Research Forum.

Finnish developer YIT achieved record sales of 494 residential units in 2025, worth almost €160 million, representing a 20% increase compared to the previous year. The company's revenue reached €90 million.

Czech investment group SPM has acquired Campus Science Park, a business complex in Brno, from Corebridge Real Estate Investors (CREI). The complex was developed in phases by CREI in partnership with developer White Star Real Estate.

CTP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm building at CTPark Brno South, with ABB as the key tenant. The global electrical engineering company will occupy over 17,000 sqm for low-voltage switchgear production and a development centre, creating up to 60 new jobs initially.

CTP and ČEZ ESCO announce the launch of new solar power plants in and around Brno, the Czech Republic's second-largest city. The combined 5.5 MW rooftop installation is the largest project of its kind in the South Moravian region and will reduce emissions by more than 2,800 tons of CO₂ per year. A total of nearly 86,000 sqm of solar panels will cover the rooftops of industrial buildings at CTPark Brno and CTPark Brno South. The projects are part of the long-term cooperation between the two companies to develop sustainable energy solutions across CTP's portfolio of industrial parks.
