Crestyl has introduced its residential project Nová Amerika, featuring 243 apartments, which will be built in central Brno in the Nové Sady area.
Construction is scheduled to begin in October, with completion expected by mid-2029. The total investment in the project exceeds €80 million.
"We believe in Brno and its potential," says Viktor Peška, Commercial Director of Crestyl Group.
Nová Amerika is located next to the historic Malá Amerika building. Its design draws inspiration from iconic elements of New York architecture and naturally connects to the largest transformation the city has undergone since its founding. As the only project in the newly emerging district, Nová Amerika offers unobstructed views of Petrov.
The project comprises four architecturally distinctive houses, each with its own characteristic appearance. The project architect is David Chmelař, who has collaborated with Crestyl for more than twenty years on key projects including Semeřínka, Neugraf and DOCK River Watch.
