Industrial developer CTP has started the construction on the Czech Republic's first-ever two-storey industrial and logistics building. 

The Vlněna complex developed by CTP in the centre of Brno is expanding its tenant portfolio with companies from the world of technology. 

Demaco is starting the construction of the Thermo Fisher Scientific development and production centre in Brno. The centre is bringing investment in the development of science and industry and supporting the local innovation ecosystem in the region.

The strong demand for apartments in new buildings in the Moravian metropolis is not slowing down, according to the latest analysis by Trikaya. In the first quarter of 2025, developers in Brno have sold 479 new apartments, the most since Q2 2021.
