PSN is starting the transformation of the Brno One brownfield in Plynárenská Street this year. In the course of the following years, it is going to turn into a modern urban district combining housing, spaces for work and leisure activities.

Brno has acquired a document essential for the city's development. The new city master plan, which has been in preparation for more than 20 years, has come into force, reports newstream.cz.

At the end of October, the old shopping centre has been closed and is now being cleaned out and is awaiting gradual demolition.
