Garbe has started construction of a new 55,000 sqm hall at Garbe Park Klášterec nad Ohří II, with global consumer goods company Reckitt becoming the anchor tenant. The British multinational has leased 35,000 sqm of industrial space under a ten-year agreement and will move in during the Q2 2026.

Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has leased approximately 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space at MLP Łódź, increasing its total leased space from MLP Group to more than 47,000 sqm across the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

Panattoni has handed over a new logistics centre in Üllő, developed for one of Hungary's leading drugstore chains. The facility features advanced technological solutions and marks Panattoni Hungary's fourth completed development and second joint project with OTP Real Estate Investment Fund. The approximately 32,000 sqm logistics centre was delivered within a comprehensive development framework and is expected to begin operations in Q2 2026.

Construction has begun on a new phase of Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North, expanding the industrial zone by nearly 46,500 sqm of sustainable space. Echo Investment has signed a sale agreement for Brain Park C building. The latest phase of the Kraków-based office complex will be acquired by Greenstone Asset Management, a private equity and investment firm. The building provides 13,700 sqm of GLA and has an BREEAM rating.

Futureal, owner of the Etele Plaza shopping centre in Budapest, has signed a €165 million loan agreement with a consortium comprising Erste Bank Hungary, Erste Group Bank and UniCredit Bank Hungary. The refinancing extends the loan maturity to 2035.

CTP, Europe's largest listed developer and operator of industrial and logistics parks by gross leasable area, has obtained Breeam New Construction Outstanding certification for an 85,000 sqm logistics warehouse at CTPark Ploiești, fully leased to international fashion retailer H&M. This is the first industrial building in CTP Romania's portfolio to achieve the highest level of the Breeam standard.
