Echo Investment has signed a sale agreement for Brain Park C building. The latest phase of the Kraków-based office complex will be acquired by Greenstone Asset Management, a private equity and investment firm. The building provides 13,700 sqm of GLA and has an BREEAM rating.

Futureal, owner of the Etele Plaza shopping centre in Budapest, has signed a €165 million loan agreement with a consortium comprising Erste Bank Hungary, Erste Group Bank and UniCredit Bank Hungary. The refinancing extends the loan maturity to 2035.

Mendota Invest, member of the OTP Group and investor behind the Emonika development in Ljubljana, has signed a contract with Strabag for the execution of the southern section of the project. 1Development has announced the start of construction for Nordului 50, a boutique residence with panoramic views over Herastrau Lake and Park.
