Panattoni has exceeded 500,000 sqm of industrial space with the highest Outstanding rating under the international Breeam New Construction sustainability certification in the Czech Republic. This milestone was achieved with the recent certification of ZF's automated distribution centre at Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North.

Echo Investment has signed a sale agreement for Brain Park C building. The latest phase of the Kraków-based office complex will be acquired by Greenstone Asset Management, a private equity and investment firm. The building provides 13,700 sqm of GLA and has an BREEAM rating.

America House has received Access4You Gold certification for its accessibility facilities, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive design and barrier-free access. The certification confirms standards to accommodate individuals with locomotor disabilities, including wheelchair users, elderly individuals, people with reduced mobility, and visitors with strollers, as well as access for blind and hearing-impaired visitors.

Mendota Invest, member of the OTP Group and investor behind the Emonika development in Ljubljana, has signed a contract with Strabag for the execution of the southern section of the project. The southern part of Emonika with a contract value of €134 million will feature a 100-metre-high office tower, a shopping centre, a hotel and four levels of underground parking.

1Development has announced the start of construction for Nordului 50, a boutique residence with panoramic views over Herastrau Lake and Park. Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest has earned Breeam In-Use Excellent rating for Asset Performance and Management Performance, becoming the first 5-star hotel in Bucharest to reach this level. This independent certification places the hotel among best-practice performers in Romania for building sustainability.
