MX Logistika has successfully secured a major logistics facility covering over 78,000 sqm at P3 Bratislava D2.
The transaction, advised by Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team, stands as one of the most significant leasing deals on the Slovak market in 2025.
Patrik Jansco, Head of Industrial Agency at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “This deal shows that quality projects in strategic locations remain in strong demand.”
The facility features Breeam Very Good certification. The park, which began development in 2006, is home to other industry players such as Whirlpool and Ceva Logistics.
