Industrial developer CTP has announced the expansion of its collaboration with freight transport manager Delamode in CTPark Bucharest industrial park.

The development group Antracit, part of the investment holding Purposia Group, is starting construction of the mixed-use project Václav in the historic centre of Ostrava.

Four properties have been certified at the “Excellent” level, while two have obtained the “Very Good” level. Successful BREEAM certification, one of the two most widely recognized international sustainability standards for buildings, is part of Investika real estate fund´s ESG strategy.
