Hili Properties, the real estate arm of Hili Ventures, has successfully secured the remaining 25% shareholding of the company which owns the MIRO office building in northern Bucharest. 

Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) and Vestas Investment Management (Vestas) have announced the signing of lease extension agreements with Prosperplast in two buildings at Beskid Park II, in Southern Poland.
