BPI Real Estate Poland plans to launch 6 new projects in Poland

BPI Real Estate Poland is preparing to launch 6 new projects in Poland. These will be located in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław and Tri-city. They are scheduled to start in 2022. In total, the projects will deliver nearly 70 thousand sqm of usable residential space to the Polish market and will provide more than 2,200 residential units. The projects in the pipeline range from residential developments to mixed-use units and enter the new PRS sector.

BPI Real Estate purchases plots for new projects in Poland

BPI Real Estate Poland has acquired a plot of land in the center of Wrocław for another project to be built in the capital of Lower Silesia. After Poznań, Warsaw and the Tri-City, this is the fourth location in Poland where the Belgian developer has recently purchased land with the intention to execute new construction projects. The acquisition of plots for new projects with a total gross surface area of 200,000 square meters is strictly related to the pursuit of BPI Real Estate Poland’s future development plans.

BPI and Revive to build huge mixed-use complex in Poznań

BPI Real Estate Poland and Revive have selected the design prepared by the SUD Architekt Polska studio for their joint investment, which will be conducted under their joint-venture on ul. Jana Matejki in the Poznań district of Łazarz. The Belgian developers intend to build a truly urban modern complex on a gigantic area of 5.5 ha. This investment project calls for combining residential and commercial functions and revitalizing historical buildings consisting of the former military barracks. This concept also calls for planting a large amount of greenery, including trees and creating numerous generally accessible areas for all of the residents of Poznań to be able to use. BPI and Revive’s investment will be carried out in three stages and its completion is slated for the end of 2029.

C&W appointed exclusive agent for Wrocław mixed-use project

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by BPi Polska an exclusive agent for the mixed-use project Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław. Bulwary Książęce is located in the centre of Wrocław on Księcia Witolda Street on Kępa Mieszczańska island near Pomorski Bridge, in close proximity to the Old Town. It will contribute towards reviving the Odra Boulevard in this part of the city. The complex, which will be developed over two phases, comprises a retail and services part as well as 347 residential units, including premium flats and apartments.

New leases

  • Schibsted & Vend Polska, a technology hub developing digital platforms, has extended its lease for 2,500 sqm of office space at the High5ive complex in Cracow. Walter Herz supported the tenant in the deal.
  • Pasaż Grunwaldzki signed 43 lease agreements in 2025 covering approximately 6,400 sqm, representing 13% of the property's total area. The shopping centre, owned by EPP, extended partnerships with 31 tenants, including MediaMarkt (operating in its new Xpress format), Deichmann, Medicine, home&you, and DOUGLAS. Twelve additional agreements were signed with brands making their debut in the project.
  • ConvergenCE has secured new lease agreements totaling 800 sqm at Budapest-based Kálvin Square. California Coffee Company extended its ground-floor lease, while a major Asian airline established a new office on the first floor. Hypo-Bank Burgenland is set to move into the eighth floor in April 2026. Additionally, Dutch media and rights management firm CAM Magyar will occupy the ninth floor starting February 2026.

New appointments

  • Joanna Leńkowska has been appointed as Workthere Lead at Savills Poland, taking over the role from Thomas Jodar. Leńkowska brings five years of experience in the flexible office sector to the team, having previously worked with WeWork and CitySpace.
  • CTP Romania has appointed Diane-Monique Forrest as Business Developer. She will focus on leasing activities in Transylvania, covering key cities such as Timișoara, Arad, Sibiu, and Deva.
  • iO Partners has announced the appointment of Róbert Cesnek as Head of Capital Markets in Slovakia, effective from January 2026. In his new role, he will focus on further strengthening market presence, advising clients on complex investment decisions and delivering high-impact transactions across asset classes.
