BPI Real Estate Poland is preparing to launch 6 new projects in Poland. These will be located in Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław and Tri-city. They are scheduled to start in 2022. In total, the projects will deliver nearly 70 thousand sqm of usable residential space to the Polish market and will provide more than 2,200 residential units. The projects in the pipeline range from residential developments to mixed-use units and enter the new PRS sector.

"We are consistently implementing our business plan which focuses primarily on growth. Last year, we have intensively prepared for its implementation. We purchased several well-located plots, started design work on the planned projects and expanded our structures. All this is to successfully implement our strategy of delivering over 4,000 apartments to the Polish market by 2026. Strong support from the group allows us to continue our ambitious plans on the Polish market", said Béranger Dumont, General Manager of BPI Real Estate Poland.

"Last year we worked hard to prepare new projects in Poznńn, Warsaw and Wrocław. At the moment, we are focusing on starting the projects that we expect to launch in the first half of this year. As before, these will be projects in attractive locations with urban nature, which will be distinguished by well-thought-out architecture and various solutions in the spirit of sustainable development. Furthermore, we are constantly working on new acquisitions in Poland – says Wojciech Smolak, Director of Sales and Marketing at BPI Real Estate Poland.

The developer is currently preparing to start construction of residential projects in Poznań on Wagrowska Street, in Wrocław on Czysta Street and in Gdynia on Wzgórze Bernadowo Street, which all are to start by the end of the first half of this year. In the second half of the year, BPI Real Estate Poland plans to launch an innovative metropolitan project, which will be carried out in cooperation with Revive in Poznan's Łazarz district.

Other projects planned for this year include two developments in Warsaw. One of them is a residential project on Chmielna Street. The second one is a project on Obrzeżna Street executed in the PRS sector in cooperation with Acteeum. "On Obrzeżna in Warsaw our goal is to build a well-thought-out development, assuming block sale to an institutional investor. The development will include small short-term rental apartments for young professionals with common areas like a kitchen, laundry room, game and TV room, co-working room, and even a gym and sauna. We are currently working on the details so that we can soon present this brand new project in our portfolio", said Andrzej Świder, Project Director at BPI Real Estate Poland.

The Belgian developer has been operating in the Polish market since 2009 and has completed 7 projects, delivering in total over 2 thousand apartments. These include the mixed-use project Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław and the residential projects Rezydencja Barska, WolaRE, Wola Libre and Wola Tarasy in Warsaw, the Vilda Park development in Poznań and the Cztery Oceany residential complex in Gdańsk. In accordance with the adopted business strategy, in the next few years the company is planning to execute further projects in Poland, focusing on the cities in which it has completed its earlier projects – Poznań, Warsaw, Wrocław and Tri-city.
