Skanska has started the construction of the first stage of the NU! Warszawa Wola, comprising 145 apartments. The completion of the investment is scheduled for the last quarter of 2023.

Kid Group has kicked off the development of a new residential complex in northern Bucharest following an investment of €35 million. 

Property developer Alesonor says it has obtained the construction permit for the first villas of Amber Forest complex it will develop in the suburbs of Bucharest. 

CTP officially opened two more buildings in Brno for young local and expatriate professionals and young families. Both buildings can accommodate more than 200 individuals and are follow-ups to the successfully established Domeq I, which the company launched in Brno about four years ago. Due to their larger rooms, the two new buildings are designed to be more for individual residential living rather than co-living, as was the case for Domeq I.  CTP continued this residential project in response to the current high demand in the housing market that is not just seen in Brno, but the whole country.

Romanian developer Forty Management plans to start new residential projects covering 138,000 sqm with a market value of more than €310 million. The investments are in various permitting stages. 

The number of residential units sold in Romania in the first 10 months of 2021 increased by 65% to more than 150,000 individual units compared to the same period form 2021, according to official data from the National Agency of Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising.

Home prices in Hungary have increased further, with provincial cities showing an outstanding price rise and Budapest also becoming more expensive following a year of stagnation, the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) said in its latest Housing Market Report. The price gap between Budapest and county seats has decreased in 2021. On a national average, housing prices rose 13.3% year on year in Q2, including a 9.1% rise in Budapest and an 18.2% increase outside the capital.
