Asking prices of apartments in Romania were up 2% in August compared to the previous month to €1,508 per sqm, according to property portal Imobiliare.ro. 

The construction of the Resi4Rent project in Poznań has been completed. Less than two weeks after obtaining a use permit, 30 rental contracts have already been signed.

AFI Europe has completed the shell of the fifth and final phase of the Tulipa Třebešín residential project which is intended purely for rental housing and completes a large-scale development on a 5-hectare urban brownfield site in Prague 3 - Strašnice. The building will offer a total of 61 residential units with an expected completion date of Q3 2022. The general contractor is Imos Brno. AFI Europe's total investment in Phase 5 will exceed CZK 250 million.

Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor said it plans to develop 1.25 million sqm by 2027, respectively over 10,000 homes in the medium - affordable segment, with an estimated market value of €1.4 billion without VAT. 

A total of 11,304 residential properties were sold in Hungary in August 2021, real estate group Duna House said in its monthly Transaction Estimate. While this is below the monthly average of the February-June period, the January-August total is higher than the 2020 or 2019 figure.

Property developer Eden Capital Development says it will invest in two luxury residential compounds in northern Bucharest due to higher demand for high-end projects in the Romanian capital. 

Property developer Speedwell has kicked off the construction of Building 2, part of the first phase of residential complex THE IVY located in Băneasa, northern Bucharest.
