Romania's Impact Contractor & Developer says it recorded sales of RON 39.3 million (€7.9 million) in the first quarter of 2021, up 71% year-on-year, due to higher demand in the residential market. 

Impact Developer & Contractor will start the development of its first residential projects in Iași, eastern Romania, in the second half of this year. 

Real estate developer Speedwell has concluded a partnership with Rovere Mobili that covers the residential projects The Ivy and Record Park in Bucharest.

This investment project calls for combining residential and commercial functions and revitalizing historical buildings consisting of the former military barracks. This concept also calls for planting a large amount of greenery, including trees and creating numerous generally accessible areas for all of the residents of Poznań to be able to use. BPI and Revive’s investment will be carried out in three stages and its completion is slated for the end of 2029.

Residential developers operating in Poland's largest markets broke the quarterly sales record set in 2017. Sales of new apartments reached 19,500 and were up 40% q-o-q. Continued demand oversupply is pushing prices up further. 

The Hungarian residential rental property market continues to be a mixed bag based on current asking prices, according to the latest monthly survey of real estate portal ingatlan.com, which presents the latest joint rent index of ingatlan.com and the Central Statistical Office (KSH) for March and summarises the supply and average rent as of the end of April based on 40,000 ads.

Construction of two 95-metre Towarowa Towers located on Prosta Street in Warsaw's city centre is starting. It is another investment by Asbud Group near Daszyńskiego Roundabout.
