Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor aims to raise up to €50 million through a private placement at a price of RON 0.70 per share. 

Buyers of homes in Romania with a price of maximum €140,000 will pay a VAT of 5%, extending a facility that was applicable up to now only for residential units with costs up to €90,000, according to a government decision. 

Responding to the extremely buoyant demand, Hungarian residential property developer Cordia is adding more than 300 new homes to its supply by the end of the year. This move will increase the number of new homes available in Budapest's 8th district by a third, while in the 1st district the company's development will essentially represent the entire new home supply. The company, a member of the Futureal Group, will have a record year this year, delivering around 50% more homes than last year and tripling the number of apartments sold.

Local developer Haberl Real Estate announced a new residential project, Green Atrium in Bratislava’s Ružinov district. The project consists of 3 blocks and an inner block. It will provide 83 residential units, underground parking and up to 1,500 sqm of greenery located in the courtyard and on the roofs of buildings. Start of construction is expected to take place in Q3 2022, while completion is scheduled for 2025.

Property developer Speedwell has signed a new financing agreement with Banca Transilvania and received an €8 million loan for Phase 2 that is currently under construction and the future Phase 3 of the Triama Residence project in Bucharest. 

Romanian Akcent Development will invest around €75 million in Akcent City, a new residential project with 810 apartments located in the Bucureștii Noi area of northern Bucharest. 

Romanian Prima Development Group will invest around €40 million in Green Residence, a new residential project in Oradea comprising over 800 apartments. 

Property developer White Star Real Estate says it has obtained the building permit for Liberty Residential, which will be integrated in Cluj Napoca-based Liberty Technology Park. 

The price of newly built homes in Budapest rose more than 8% in the three months between August and November and the average price per square metre is now nearly HUF 1.1 million (€3,000), Eltinga’s latest Budapest Housing Report shows. Below is a breakdown of new home prices by district.

Skanska has started the construction of the first stage of the NU! Warszawa Wola, comprising 145 apartments. The completion of the investment is scheduled for the last quarter of 2023.
