Art Property, the developer of the €20 million Art City residential complex in Bucharest, is looking to expand its presence in the property management field and appointed a new management team to implement the operational plans. 

Developer J&T Real Estate (JTRE) has completed the almost three-year construction of Bratislava’s tallest residential building and the Klingerka project has been issued a usage permit.

In Q3 2021, the Czech Republic registered the strongest house price growth within the EU, both in a year-on-year (22%) and a quarter-on-quarter (7.3%) comparison, well above the EU average of 9.2% and 3.1%, respectively, according to Eurostat’s House price index.

Romanian developer Forty Management has initiated the authorization procedure for Royal Suites Central District in northern Bucharest, with a market value of €76 million. Once completed, the building will be the tallest residential project in Romania with a height of 122 meters. 

Romanian developer One United Properties has announced the handover of One Herăstrău Towers, located in northern Bucharest, with a gross development value of around €53.3 million. 

Property developer Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the Luxuria Residence complex in northern Bucharest, with an estimated market value of €150 million. 

A lending transaction worth appr. €78.3 million (PLN 355 million) related to the refinancing of a residential portfolio is the first joint venture of Resi4Rent and ING Bank Śląski. 

Wing’s residential development brand Living is launching the third, and final, phase of Kassák Terrace project, located in District 13 of Budapest. The residential project offers future homeowners community services and smart solutions. Kassák Terrace is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.

AFI Europe has completed the rough construction of an apartment building in the newly built AFI City district in Prague 9 - Vysočany. A total of 640 apartments are being built on a brownfield site near the Kolbenova metro station, exclusively for rental housing in two separate buildings, which will also include commercial space for shops, services and a restaurant. The construction of the first of them, with 313 units, has just moved towards completion and is successfully heading towards completion in Q4 2022.
