C&W: renters in Poland will pay max. 2,000 PLN for a flat

Trei starts construction of two projects in Poland

Trei Real Estate is moving ahead with two large-scale residential projects in Poland. In Wrocław, the company launched the third construction stage of the “Bacciarellego 54” quarter, which will deliver a total of 91 apartments when completed by year-end 2022. In Łódź – with its population of around 700,000 the third-largest city in Poland after Warsaw and Krakow – Trei is about to kick off its second construction stage, which comprises 88 residential units. All things considered, Trei is planning to build a total of 1,320 residential units in Poland in the years ahead and will invest a total of €125 million.

Budimex Nieruchomości becomes Spravia

Budimex SA has signed the final sales agreement of Budimex Nieruchomości. Therefore, the private equity investment firm Cornerstone Partners and Czech development group Crestyl took over the entire shareholding of the company.  This is the biggest acquisition in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. The next stage is changing the name of the company - Budimex Nieruchomości is now Spravia.

New leases

  • Sanofi Romania is relocating its HQ to Bucharest-based Equilibrium 2 office building, developed by Skanska. The company will occupy the 9th floor of the building starting June 2026.
  • ConvergenCE has signed a long-term agreement with Etalon-Informatika Kft., which will set up its new office in the Budapest-based CityZen project on an area of nearly 700 sqm. The company is expected to move in during 2026.
  • Kanał Sportowy, one of Poland’s leading sports media platforms, and Zdrofit, the country’s largest fitness club chain, will continue their presence at Konstruktorska Business Center in Warsaw. Kanał Sportowy will maintain its lease of 512 sqm, while Zdrofit will continue to occupy 1,000 sqm.

New appointments

  • Daniel Orczyk has been named Senior Project Manager at the technical advisory department of Avison Young in Poland. He is a licensed structural engineer and building site manager with over 20 years of experience.
  • Łukasz Meisner has joined Peakside Capital Advisors as Head of Project Management. He will be responsible for the management of Peakside's investment projects in Poland, including overseeing the implementation of key investments within the City Point, Urban Parks, and Peakside Industrial logistics platforms.
  • Peakside Capital Advisors is strengthening its Polish structure, expanding its expertise in investment management and development project execution. Łukasz Meisner has joined the team as Head of Project Management. He will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Peakside's investment projects in Poland, including overseeing the implementation of key investments within the City Point, Urban Parks, and Peakside Industrial logistics platforms.
