The local real estate holding company, Meta Estate Trust, has announced its exit from the First Estates Pipera residential project.
In late 2022, the company had acquired 7 apartments and 7 parking spaces in the development, valued at €775,000.
The exit was completed in early September 2025, yielding an internal rate of return (IRR) of 17%.
Bogdan Gramanschi, CFO at Meta Estate Trust, said: "The results achieved through our Trading business line validate the consistency and agility of our investment model. The First Estates project reconfirms Meta's ability to identify high-potential opportunities and quickly turn them into tangible results with competitive returns."
Meta Estate Trust’s trading portfolio also includes other residential projects, such as Parcului 20 by Cordia and Mobexpert Homes Pipera, which have generated returns of up to 30%.
The company has additional projects in progress with planned exits between 2025 and 2027.
