Penta Real Estate and Bureš & partners have established a joint venture called Flet, with an aspiration to change the standard for rental housing in the Czech Republic.

Penta Real Estate buys a half share in the company led by rental housing expert David Bureš. At the same time, the name will change from Bureš & partners to Flet. The company currently manages more than 700 apartments, mostly in Prague.

Penta Real Estate has completed several pilot projects in cooperation with long-term rental housing managers. With this step, it expands its services and further deepens its know-how in the area of rental housing.

Flet advises investors in the phase of choosing and buying a suitable property, helps with financing, renovations, property management, management of relations with tenants and long-term service. Tenants, on the other hand, are assured of the processing of their requirements, e.g. repairs or crashes, and predictable access.

"Flet performs the same service for real estate investments as Booking.com does for vacations. It is a service that helps you choose from a wide range of apartments, protects you from risks associated with the purchase, and ensures that the apartment brings you an interesting rent during the period when you are not using it for yourself," says David Musil, Country Managing Director at Penta Real Estate.

"We have been operating on the market for 25 years. During that time, we have gained experience, improved our know-how, built a stable team and the trust of clients who are satisfied with our service. This long-term foundation is for us a springboard to the next stage of development with Penta Real Estate," says David Bureš, founder and CEO of Flet.
