Millennium Gardens, developed by TriGranit in Budapest, is over the design stage of the two-stage BREEAM certification, which puts the office building in the Excellent category.

New offices totaling 132,200 sqm were delivered on the Bucharest market during the third quarter, making it the best ever in terms of supply, while 9-months deliveries reached 178,000 sqm, according to real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Passerinvest Group has begun the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building. The Polish office space market situation at the end of Q3 2021 allows for an optimistic view of the sector in 2022.  Demand remaining at a similar level to last year and the expected higher absorption of available space are conducive to improving the sector’s performance in the coming months, says AXI IMMO.
