Lease transactions on Bratislava's office market reached approx. 98,000 sqm in Q4 2021, which represents a 124% increase in leasing activity compared to the previous quarter. The Bratislava Research Forum announced the office market figures for Q4 2021.

Bank PKO BP inked a long-term deal to lease ca. 34,550 sqm office space in the Warsaw Skysawa project by Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) to be completed in Q4 2022, PHN said in a market filing without disclosing the value of the deal.

Gross take-up on the Prague office market for the whole year of 2021 increased by 16% compared to the previous year to the level of 387,100 sqm.
