Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the property manager of two Warsaw buildings in HIH Invest Real Estate’s portfolio: Feniks Office Building and Prime Corporate Center.


The Feniks Office Building is situated on the corner of ul. Żelazna and ul. Sienna in the city’s Wola-Centrum district. It was completed in 2012 and comprises 8,600 sqm of office space on eight floors. The building was designed by Studio ArchiCo and constructed by Modzelewski & Rodek, while Europlan was the project investor. HIH group acquired the property in late 2019 for a South Korean investor.

Prime Corporate Center is situated nearby, on ul. Grzybowska. It was developed in 2014–2016 by Golub GetHouse and designed by Chicago-based Solomon Cordwell Buenz in collaboration with Polish consultants Epstein. The 23-storey building, which contains 20,900 sqm of leasable space, was acquired in June 2016 by HIH Group. The building has obtained BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certification.

HIH Invest Real Estate serves around 260 institutional clients. It has offices in ten locations throughout Europe and currently manages assets with a volume of app, €16.4 billion across 90 funds.
