Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in West Forum in Wrocław. The office complex is owned by GNT Ventures Properties managed by TFG Asset Management.

West Forum is a complex of two office buildings West Forum A and West Forum B with a combined usable area of 31,700 sqm, including more than 22,000 sqm of leasable office space. It is located in Strzegomska Street, the business district of western Wrocław.

“We decided to contract Savills to commercialize West Forum because we wanted a professional partner who would support us in attracting new tenants. Savills also advises us on leasing office space in the Stratos Office Center in Warsaw. Having worked together for many years, we are confident that our business partner has a full understanding of our needs and will help us achieve success,” says Monika Sieradzan, Leasing Director, TFG Asset Management.

“West Forum is an excellent address for companies that value modern offices with bright interiors in peaceful surroundings, lots of greenery and easy access. Its undoubted advantages include ample parking spaces and competitive rental rates. Its narrow buildings feature large tilt windows permitting plenty of natural light, even into cellular offices. The complex also provides many amenities such as a bicycle storage room, a parcel locker, advertising screens in the reception lobby, a kindergarten, a playground and outdoor green breakout zones with benches and deckchairs for hosting team meetings during the summer,” says Bartosz Plewa, Regional Manager, Office Agency, Savills Wrocław.

West Forum is located in close proximity to the Gądowianka flyover offering a panorama of Wrocław. It enjoys easy access to the airport and the city centre via the nearby motorway interchange and the ring road. The complex is a six-minute train journey to the centre of Wrocław from Muchobór fast municipal railway station, located within a few minutes walking distance from the property, and 350 metres from a bus stop served by ten lines. It offers tenants and their clients close to 380 surface and underground parking spaces and 120 bicycle racks and 60 stands in the bicycle storage room. West Forum A also has serviced offices available to companies interested in flexible leases.
