Consulting company Walter Herz has been selected as the sole agent responsible for the commercialization of space in the Blue Office complex, which is a complementary office part of Blue City mall in Warsaw.


The five-story Blue Office office building is located at 179 Aleje Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw, in the popular Blue City Shopping Center complex. The modern and technologically advanced office building offers 32 thousand sq m. of space for lease in modules, ranging from 500 sqm up to 4,500 sqm.

"Blue Office users can take advantage of many discounts through the loyalty program offered by restaurants, service points, and shops located in Blue City. These amenities, special discounts, and the many practical functions gathered in this location make the complex uniquely convenient for employees and companies expecting comfortable working conditions offering a full range of services", says Tomasz Medygrał, Associate Director at Walter Herz.

"Over 70 percent of office space in Blue Office building is currently leased. There are over 9 000 sqm of workspace available that we are working on commercializing. "Standard office modules designed in the building measure 500 sqm. However, separating and arranging smaller office spaces is possible if companies report such needs. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
