The office project Polona 68 Business Center has been awarded the LEED Gold certification by the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

Shell has operated at DOT Park since 2015, where its business operations centre employs more than 5,000 people.

CA Immo has successfully closed the sale of the office property Visionary in Holešovice, Prague 7, comprising approximately 25,500 sqm of gross lettable area.

In the Warsaw office market, tenants remain active and continue to seek offices in central locations despite the decreasing volume of newly delivered space. According to the BNP Real Estate Poland latest report, the current situation is influenced by the low supply of completed projects at the beginning of this year and planned investments in the coming years. Additionally, the decline in the vacancy rate translates into limited availability of space for tenants.

Timișoara has emerged as the leading regional office market in Romania in Q1 2025, with companies leasing 63% of all office spaces transacted outside Bucharest, according to a report by Fortim Trusted Advisors.
