The Ghelamco-owned VIBE office building, located in the center of Warsaw, has received DGNB New Buildings International 2020 Gold certificate. This is the first office building in Poland to have such certification.

Passerinvest is proceeding with constructing the Hila project in Prague's Brumlovka according to the set schedule. Since the beginning of 2025, the concreting of the foundation slab has been completed and the construction of the basement parts of the building is now underway.

Futureal has announced the attraction of new tenants at its Budapest ONE and Corvin Innovation Campus office developments. The two complexes have collectively leased nearly 10,000 sqm of office space, bringing Budapest ONE to 98% occupancy and Corvin Innovation Campus to 86%.

Property investor and asset manager Solida Capital has purchased the office project Victoria Center in Bucharest from Manova Partners, marking its first transaction in Romania and strategic expansion into CEE. The deal value was not made public.

GTC has announced the sale of its GTC X office building in Belgrade for €52 million. The transaction, finalized in early February, generated net proceeds of €24 million for GTC after the repayment of a bank loan.

Crestyl has presented its new project at Pankrác in Prague. The Boka Pankrác is designed as a mixed-use project connecting retail premises and a supermarket with offices. 

Immocap presented an updated design of the new Istropolis in Bratislava. The project already has a valid zoning decision and construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2025.
