JLL and CBRE have been selected by Immobel Poland as agents responsible for the commercialization process of Central Point in Warsaw. The investment is being built on the corner of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska Streets and above an intersection of the two metro lines of Warsaw.

At the end of 2019, the total modern office stock in Łódź amounted to 528,300 sqm with more than 90,000 sqm currently under construction. Cushman & Wakefield has summarised 2019 on Łódź’s office market.

In 2019, Lublin’s total office stock amounted to 191,200 sqm with no new office projects delivered to the market in the last 12 months. CPI Property Group has taken over the property management of the Eurocentrum office building which it acquired in November 2019.  

CBRE has leased 4,000 sqm at Warsaw Unit, which is currently under construction by Ghelamco near the Rondo Daszyńskiego. The 202-meter building will offer 57,000 sqm of office space on 45 floors as well as a multi-story garage for 450 vehicles and infrastructure for cyclists, including bike parking, locker rooms and showers. Completion is scheduled for 2021.

Colliers International has been assigned to assist YIT Slovakia in leasing the Pradiareň 1900 office building. After the opening, Colliers International REMS will be assisting the developer with property management.

A modern office building, which is being built in the centre of Katowice, .KTW II was awarded the BREEAM Interim Design Stage certificate at the Excellent level.

The Poșta Puișor building in central Bucharest will be transformed into an office building by Forty Management & Investments, a company founded in 2015 by local investors Lucian Azoiței and Tudor Bădițescu, profit.ro has learnt.

Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków has appointed Knight Frank to manage its Fabryka Kart office building. The nearly one-hundred-year-old building has been given a new life after the revitalisation completed in 2019. Currently, it is a loft-like building with a total floor area of more than 2,500 square metres.

With the help of Cushman & Wakefield Budapest, a major software development company has rapidly signed a 7,500 sqm pre-lease at Atenor’s Váci Greens Building E. With this new transaction the office building is 40% pre-let 6 months prior to handover. This 40% comprises lease agreements with retail service providers as well, such as a restaurant, a bakery, a drogerie and customer service offices. Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS Team is providing interior design and project management services to the tenant.
