Globalworth has inaugurated the most advanced lobby in the region, with a number of innovations and technological premieres that include the world's largest kinetic floor in an office building, the longest screen wall in CEE, the largest natural green wall in an office building SEE, a space to relax with heated marble steps, Schindler projectors and Pepper, Globalworth's first robot employee. According to the developer, the Globalworth Tower building, which welcomes some 30,000 visitors daily, has become a benchmark for office space innovation and sustainability.

New Work has been expanding rapidly in the Polish market during 2019. In total, the company has added six locations to its Polish portfolio over the past 10 months.  

The construction of Millennium Gardens, TriGranit’s newest office development in Budapest, has reached the ground floor level. Situated in a well-known cultural neighbourhood next to a green promenade by the Danube in Budapest, the 37,000 sqm GLA development will be handed over in Q2 2021.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as sole letting agent for Riverside Park and Grójecka 5 in Warsaw, and Arkońska Business Park in Gdansk. Cromwell Property Group acts as the property manager for the buildings.

The Warsaw Mennica Legacy Tower complex’s Western Building has been opened. The sole tenant of the building is WeWork. The new location of the company will be the largest “flexible space” for lease in the whole Central and Eastern Europe. Arrangement works in the 140-metre-high Tower of the complex will constitute the final stage of the execution of Mennica Legacy Tower.

Peakside Capital has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a recently purchased mixed-use property in Brno. The building has been rebranded to Centrum Vídeňská and has been given a new logo. The renovation mainly focused on improving the quality of the common areas.

In the third quarter of 2019, Łódź’s total office stock reached almost 518,000 sqm, surpassing the long-awaited half a million sqm mark, says Cresa Poland in its latest report.

At the beginning of December, Delta Holding will launch the construction of a new office building, Delta House in Belgrade which will house the company's future headquarters, local media reports. The 23,000 sqm building will be constructed in New Belgrade, between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Geneks Apartments, following an investment of €40 million.

Erste&Steiermärkische Bank is providing financing for the construction of GTC’s Matrix Office Park in Zagreb, a project consisting of two highly-efficient buildings, designed and constructed in line with LEED Platinum certification for green construction. Divjak, Topic & Bahtijarevic’s Banking and Finance team has closed the financing transaction for its long-standing client, GTC.

Building H, the recently handed-over eighth component of the Bonarka for Business (B4B) project of TriGranit in Kraków, reached an occupancy rate of 60%. This Class A building, with an overall rental area of approx. 10,000 sqm, was handed over for use in April this year, simultaneously becoming the new office of, among others, the Aterima company, a long-time B4B tenant. Due to the large demand in Kraków for Class-A offices, TriGranit plans to construct two more buildings in the office complex (I and J), with a rental area of approx. 10,000 sqm each.
