Savills has been appointed as sole adviser to M7 Real Estate for the fund’s entire office portfolio. Savills will be responsible for office space leasing and property management. The portfolio comprises a total of approximately 73,500 sqm across seven buildings located in four cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw and Katowice.

The stock of modern office space in Bucharest reached 3.16 million square meters at the end of the third quarter of 2019, in the context of a population of 2.11 million inhabitants and an unemployment rate of 1.3 %, according to the Romania Office Destinations report, conducted by CBRE Romania.

Colliers International Romania has been assigned to provide property management services for the first building of the Equilibrium office project, developed by Skanska in the capital which was handed over last fall. The stock of modern offices in the major regional centres of Romania - Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov - will reach the threshold of 1 million square meters in 2020, with a delay of almost one year compared to the initial estimates. Balance Hall, a 16,000-sqm office building with a "Very Good" BREEAM certification, has been delivered in early December 2019 on Budapest's Váci Corridor. With this new addition, the Balance Office Park office complex has grown to nearly 35,000 sqm. CPI group reported an over 75% occupancy rate upon delivery, based on already signed contracts.

GTC has just obtained a building permit for a new office project in Katowice. Once finished, the Class A building will offer 18,315 sqm of state-of-the-art office space over 5 floors in the heart of Katowice. The building, inspired by Katowice’s modernist architecture, is designed by JEMS Architects.
