Echo Investment has started the construction of the Brain Park office complex in Kraków. Over 43,000 sqm of workspace and almost 10,000 sqm of green areas will be developed at Aleja Pokoju, one of the city's main arteries. The first phase of the project will be completed in the third quarter of 2022.

The office segment in Kraków has been breaking records in recent years. This largest and fastest-growing regional market was the second city after Warsaw to exceed the 1 million sqm space threshold in 2017. According to the ABSL report, still one of Kraków's main competitive advantages is its ability to attract companies from the modern business services sector. Almost 80,000 people are already employed in more than 230 business service centers in the capital of Małopolska.

The new office project of Echo Investment will offer over 43,000 sqm of workspace. The Brain Park complex will consist of three ten-storey buildings with a two-level underground garage. There will be 485 parking spaces, bicycle and electric scooter charging stations, electric car charging stations, bicycle racks as well as changing rooms and showers for cyclists. The completion of the first phase of the project is scheduled for the third quarter of 2022. The architectural design has been created by BE DDJM Architekci from Kraków.

“Kraków is a city with enormous potential. Well-designed infrastructure, openness to culture and entertainment, a range of services at your fingertips and, above all, access to a huge base of well-prepared professionals are among  many assets of the capital of Małopolska. A good climate for business, which characterizes Kraków, makes us want to be a part of this vibrant urban ecosystem once again. At Aleja Pokoju, one of the main arteries of the city, we have started the construction of the modern office park. We want this place to be associated with adequate space for development, taking up challenges and creating the best solutions," announces Joanna Nicińska, Regional Director of Echo Investment's Office Projects Department.

Almost 10,000 sqm of green areas are planned within the project, which, apart from places to rest and eat outdoors, will offer interesting additional functions, such as a place to play table tennis, chess tables, swings or a "street workout" zone.

“Timeless and elegant architecture, blended into the existing urban fabric is the assumption we had in mind during the design of the Brain Park project. Another important element was to care for the development around the project and its accessibility to everyone. In the courtyard filled with greenery there will be places for rest and various activities. We want it to be an open and friendly place - one where you can 'recharge your batteries' in a friendly environment," says Magdalena Buczyńska-Zapała, Vice-President of BE DDJM Architekci’s Management Board.
