Property group NEPI Rockcastle has raised the equivalent of €143 million equity from its latest scrip dividend, corresponding to approximately 85% of the final dividend payment for 2022, while also completing a secured green financing of €200 million for a 5-year term with Erste Group Bank and Raiffeisen Bank.

Českomoravská nemovitostní (ČMN), which is half owner of the Churchill Square office complex in Prague, plans to acquire the rest of the property. It plans to buy the property in two transactions, Seznamzpravy.cz reports.

CTP acquired an industrial complex from Bluehouse Capital earlier this year on a plot of land with a total area of 330,000 sqm in the city district of Ostrava - Hrušov. In addition to the existing first phase of 18,000 sqm, which already has three tenants, the developer plans to build another 76,000 sqm of industrial/logistics space. The warehouse will be built in the revitalized area of the former chemical plants with a total area of 94,000 sqm and will become the largest in the Czech CTP portfolio.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €117 million investment loan facility to a logistics fund managed by GLP Capital Partners (GCP). The fund will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of the development of a logistics portfolio in Poland and the Czech Republic. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

Panattoni has sold a manufacturing and warehouse BTS facility in Tczew near Gdańsk to LCN Capital Partners for over €26 million.

Property developer Speedwell has purchased a new land plot of 15,000 sqm in Popești-Leordeni, near Bucharest, for its second light industrial project under the SpacePlus brand. 

Palmira Capital Partners has acquired a logistics property in Swarzędz near Poznań, Western Poland, for the "P-Logistik Europa Fonds". The vendor is the AKRON Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Real estate investor and asset manager Adventum Fund Management's IPO is planned to take place before the end of 2023, Bloomberg reports. This could be the first IPO denominated in euros within the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE).
