Romanian property holding Meta Estate Trust has signed a partnership with Rock Development Holding for a new property development in Poiana Brașov.
As part of the agreement, the holding will provide funding in the initial funding stages of the development.
“Meta Estate Trust will contribute, through its involvement in this real estate project, to the development of Poiana Brasov. Thus, we reconfirm that we choose to invest in the most representative real estate projects that can transform Romania,” said Oriol Casellas Deig, CEO Meta Estate Trust.
Rock Development Holding has completed to date 434 apartments in Bucharest and is working on a separate project with 357 apartments in the Romanian capital.
Meta Estate Trust sales were down 4% to 0.86 lei on Monday morning trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
