MLP Group has successfully placed €29 million worth of bonds with 36 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. The transaction was arranged and conducted by mBank. The Warsaw office of global law firm Taylor Wessing provided legal advice to MLP Group, and mBank was advised by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.

Australian firm Equiem, which offers tenant services for office buildings, has acquired SpaceOS, a European company for workplace management software, in a deal that adds Hitachi as a partner, Reuters reports.

East Capital Real Estate Fund IV signed an agreement with real estate developer Hepsor for the acquisition of a modern last mile and stock office building, StokOfiss U30, located in Riga, with a total lettable area of 3,642 square metres. This is the second of two acquisitions for the fund over the past two weeks.

SOF Connect, the operator of Sofia Airport, announced its plans for accelerated investment in Sofia Airport by the end of 2025. More than €50 million annually will be invested in the expansion of the airport in the next three years. This will increase to €60 million or two-thirds more than what is stipulated in the concession contract.

Baltic Horizon Fund has signed an agreement with East Capital Real Estate Fund IV to sell 100% shares of BH Duetto UAB which owns the Duetto I and II office buildings in Vilnius, Lithuania. The sales price of the assets is approximately €37 million, which is close to the latest valuation.

International Industrial Properties (IIProp), a logistics platform focused on investing in industrial and logistics space, owned by Madison International Realty and Griffin Capital Partners, sold a single-let logistics property in Germany. This is the company's second transaction in Germany, following its first portfolio sale in June 2022.

Healthcare buildings developer MEDCITY has purchased a prime building of over 1,000 sqm in the center of Timișoara from fashion group Folli Follie (FF) Group in a transaction brokered by Colliers. The deal marks the company’s expansion of its portfolio of buildings under The Medical Mall concept. 

Panattoni has finalized the sale of a 33,000 sqm logistics centre in Uniejów, developed on a build-to-suit (BTS) basis. LCN Capital Partners has acquired its fourth facility within the K-Flex manufacturing campus from Panattoni. The price has not been disclosed.

A fund of the Generali insurance holding has sold a set of properties in the centre of Prague. The new owners of the individual houses are two companies, a manufacturer of sanitary equipment and a developer. All parties refused to comment on the transactions in detail, writes the online daily Seznamzpravy.cz.
