Rustler Romania, the supplier of facility, property and project management services, has launched its brokerage division under Rustler Properties offering real estate consulting services in the office, land and industrial-logistics segments.

Lithuanian investors Baltic Asset Management and Hanner have acquired a hotel in Prague to convert it into a co-living project called Youston. The total investment is estimated at €14 million, Hanner, the financial partner of the project, confirmed to Property Forum.

White Stone Development has sold the Celebro office building to Lithuanian investor Eika Real Estate Fund, represented by its management company Eika Asset Management. Celebro is a class A office building located in Warsaw at 22 Gładka Street, offering ca. 7,200 sqm GLA. It was designed by the architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates. Built in 2019, it has a BREEAM New Construction Very Good certificate. The price has not been disclosed.

According to Cushman & Wakefield, 2022 witnessed a recovery in commercial real estate investment activity in CEE, with the year closing marginally up compared to the previous year. Total investment volumes in Central and Eastern Europe came in at €10.7 billion, up by 6.6% year-on-year. With more than €5.7 billion worth of deals, Poland continued to lead the way across the region.

Panattoni has sold its strategic Wroclaw Campus project in southwest Poland to P3 Logistic Parks. The project totals 185,000 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Speedwell has purchased a land plot of 14 hectares in Corbeanca locality, close to northern Bucharest, for a new residential development that will feature 210 villas. 

Romanian property fund Encore Capital Trust has made 170 acquisitions in the first six months of operation with an average investment ticket of around €290,000. The purchases covered apartments and parking lots based in nine residential projects. 

Romanian developer One United Properties has purchased 5 hectares of land in Bucharest for a new mixed-use development in a deal worth €35 million. The company plans to develop One Cotroceni Towers, which will have a gross development value in the range of €400 million. 

Romanian private equity company Roca Investments has attracted RON 100 million (around €20 million) in new equity in a bid to expand its regional presence in the industry and agriculture field. The fund is also a controlling shareholder in key suppliers for the real estate industry. 

LCP Properties has finalised the purchase of two retail projects to be built in Łochów and Iława, as well as an existing retail park in Ząbkowice Śląskie.
