Alfa Group has acquired the majority of the Iride Park project from CPI Romania, for an undisclosed sum.


The transaction, completed on June 19, includes associated logistics facilities and two adjacent buildings earmarked for future development. A preliminary sales deal was announced in October 2024.

CPI Romania will retain ownership of three buildings within the park: IRIDE eighteen, myhive IRIDE | nineteen, and myhive IRIDE | twenty.

Fulga Dinu, Country Manager, CPI Romania, said: "With the signing of this agreement with Alfa Group, we are completing a key stage in CPI Romania’s portfolio optimization strategy. (...) We remain focused on investing in the long-term growth and relevance of our strategic assets, reinforcing our position as a leading player in the local real estate market."

Mihai Măcelaru, CEO of Alfa Group, said: "It is a major transaction on the local market that opens the door to new large-scale development opportunities for our group in the medium and long term."

The transaction was advised by the legal firm Biriş Goran for CPI Romania and Peli Partners for Alfa Group.
