P3 Logistic Parks and Orlen have signed a lease agreement for nearly 24,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Piotrków Park, in Poland.

Panattoni has completed a BTS development for an international client. A new factory was built in Świdnik for Trilux, the producer of professional lighting from Germany. The 23,000 sqm plant is the company’s first manufacturing facility in Poland.

According to a report published by Newmark Polska, despite an observed slowdown in occupier and developer activity, the European warehouse market continues to expand and is searching for a new equilibrium point. Green solutions are increasingly making their way into both warehouse facilities and logistics operations. Despite the challenges facing the warehouse sector across the European Union, this market shows strong growth potential, particularly in regions capable of adapting to new trends concerning both tenant needs and new regulations.

CTP has begun the construction of a new distribution centre at CTPark Blatnice in the Czech Republic for Redcare Pharmacy to serve the Austrian market.

Excellent transportation connectivity via the D1 highway has attracted a significant investment to Přerov, Czech Republic. RC EUROPE will build a modern industrial park that will create thousands of new jobs and strengthen the regional economy. This will make Přerov an attractive location for investors.

German developer Garbe Industrial Real Estate has set up a new company in Romania. Under the leadership of CEE Managing Director Martin Polák and Country Head Andrei Jerca, GARBE Industrial Real Estate Romania will expand its activities in this market and implement its own property developments. 

CTP has signed a lease with Czech company BOUKAL for almost 3,500 sqm of modern space at CTPark Chomutov in the Czech Republic, with plans to create dozens of new jobs and strengthen the regional economy.  

DHL Supply Chain announced the opening of its first warehouse in Poland equipped with a fully automated AutoStore system. This robotised warehouse in Gorzów Wielkopolski marks the first deployment of the AutoStore system by the company in the CEE region. 

Panattoni is constructing the third and final building in the Panattoni Park Warsaw West development. The 16,460 sqm building is being constructed to meet the needs of XBS Logistics and the logistics operator plans to start operating in the new warehouse facility from July 2025.

Industrial developer CTP recorded a rental income of €488.4 million in the first nine months of the year, up 15.9% y/y, while the annualized rental income amounted to €702 million, with occupancy rate at 93%.
