DSV Solutions Hungary has signed a new lease agreement for nearly 19,000 sqm of warehouse space in Prologis's newest park in Szigetszentmiklós.

The international logistics company is a long-standing tenant of Prologis in Hungary, already leasing multiple warehouse spaces in Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor.

This expansion is particularly significant as an additional 840 sqm of office space will be developed within Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget II, providing a turnkey solution for DSV's office employees.

Árpád Darvasi, Managing Director of DSV Solutions Hungary, DSV's contract logistics business, said: "The location of Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget II makes it an excellent hub to make our operations even smoother, providing us with a key logistics hub, while also helping consolidate DSV operations to ensure more synergies and operational efficiency"

Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget II is located 17 kilometres from central Budapest and 200 metres from the M0 ring road, providing excellent connections to major motorways, international transport routes, and the airport..

The building includes several technological upgrades to meet DSV's specific needs, including a chilled warehouse chamber, BMS, and a backup energy generator.

Prologis’ network spans 20 countries and its logistics projects are leased to a portfolio of close to 6,500 tenants, mainly B2B and retail/e-commerce players.
