Panattoni has started a new development in the Łódź region: Panattoni Park Łódź South II, which will eventually comprise an area of 57,000 sqm. The centre is to be located near the junction on the A1 motorway that joins with national road 12. 

7R has leased the entire space in the first stage of 7R Park Bydgoszcz. Thus, the complex is being prepared for expansion.

The upward trend in prime rents continues across European industrial and logistics projects due to steady demand for space, according to Garbe Research. The average rental growth for the main markets stood at €0.40 per sqm. 

Developer Garbe Industrial Real Estate CEE has completed the construction of the first building of its industrial park in Piešťany, Slovakia. CTP is completing the construction of a new building at CTPark Prague North. The hall, with the working name D8.7B, will offer 32,000 sqm of facilities upon completion. The second hall, D8.7A, will be completed in August 2023. CTPark Prague North is located close to the capital city and also in close proximity to the D8 motorway. CTP will thus offer new space in a highly lucrative area, which has long been experiencing an overwhelming demand for modern and sustainable business space.

The Czech industrial real estate market in 2022 was again remarkably successful. It reached the highest annual new supply in the history of the market on the back of record-low vacancy and all-time high prime rents, JLL reports.

Panattoni has purchased just under 35 hectares of land and is to start construction work as soon as February this year. Panattoni Park Poznań A2 is to have a build-out area of almost 150,000 sqm. The development is to be situated near a junction on the A2, where the motorway crosses the S11 expressway. One building with an area of 82,000 sqm is to be occupied by a giant of the clothing industry while the remaining 62,000 sqm is being developed speculatively.

As of Q4 2022 in the Czech industrial market, the extremely low vacancy of around 1% persists. The share of speculative construction has grown to 40% and the modern, developer-led warehouse stock reached almost 10.8 million sqm, so experts expect that it will surpass 11 million sqm by the end of Q1 2023, the Industrial Research Forum announced in their report.
