Alto Real Estate is preparing a new project in Rača district in Bratislava. The design has turned the former terminal into a warehouse complex.

Torus Logistics and BTV announced the successful completion of Gdynia City Logistics, a logistics and office hub located on Północna Street in Gdynia. The facility, featuring approx. 21,650 sqm of warehouse space and 1,500 sqm of modern offices, is now fully operational.

According to data from Cushman & Wakefield, a third of Poland’s approximately 33 million sqm of industrial stock was built in the last three years, with half of it less than five years old. Despite being young, the Polish industrial market is very mature, necessitating industrial asset owners to embrace appropriate optimisation strategies and cyclical risk assessments. Key to this process is the adoption of a multifaceted approach and prioritization of ESG goals, reveals Cushman & Wakefield’s latest report.

MDC2 Park Gliwice has achieved one of the highest scores in Poland, receiving the BREEAM Outstanding New Construction certification. With a score of 92.6%, it sits amongst the top ten certified industrial buildings in Europe.

Panattoni is to build a new industrial park in the Mazovia region. The development of Panattoni Park Sochaczew with an area of almost 28,000 sqm will commence in the first quarter of 2025 with the first tenant – Pilkington Automotive Poland – to move in by November of the same year.

Segro has renewed an agreement with a key organization in the stainless steel and aluminium distribution industry. Investa will continue to operate on almost 30,000 sq m at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków.

According to the latest report by Newmark Polska, nearly 2 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space was under construction across Poland in the third quarter of 2024. This, coupled with relatively stable leasing activity, pushed the overall vacancy rate down to 8.0% by the end of September (quarter-on-quarter). This rate is expected to continue its downward trend throughout 2025. Occupier demand remains firmly focused on energy-efficient, sustainable and high-tech warehouses.

Logistics investor Prologis has secured a €225 million framework loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) to add photovoltaic systems and storage facilities to its projects across Central and Western Europe. 

GLP has begun construction of its second logistics centre in Lędziny, in southern Poland. The building will ultimately offer 40,000 sqm of space, 10,500 sqm of which has already been leased to D&H Engineering, a company specialising in metal component processing using CNC machines and serving global customers in the automotive, off-road, hydraulic, and engineering sectors.

P3 Logistic Parks has constructed a facility in P3 Warsaw I Park for Rohlig SUUS Logistics – Poland's largest logistics operator.
