Harden Construction is developing a new distribution centre in Ujrzanów, next to Siedlce, as part of Panattoni Park Siedlce. The 6,200 sqm project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025 and has been leased to a logistics services provider.
The warehouse will comprise approximately 5,500 sqm of logistics space and 500 sqm of office area. Construction began in May and has reached around 50% completion. Current works include roofing, facade installation, steel structures, and internal systems, alongside earthworks and road construction. Next up is the installation of the industrial floor.
Despite being located outside urban areas, the project presents challenges, including a tight deadline for early access, allowing third-party contractors to install mezzanines and racking. These mezzanines require tailored fire safety solutions, and the building will feature a conveyor system and a Building Management System (BMS) to monitor utilities remotely.
The facility is designed in line with sustainability goals and aims for a BREEAM Excellent rating. Enhanced access to natural light and high indoor comfort standards are also part of the design.
