P3 Logistic Parks has delivered a new built-to-suit warehouse at P3 Piotrków Park for InPost, providing an additional 38,404 sqm of space.

MLP Group has completed a transaction with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., securing financing of €21.5 million. The funds will be used to refinance the construction of a 34,600-square-meter warehouse facility at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. Legal advisory for the bank was provided by Kycia Legal Banking Finance.

Panattoni is constructing a fully robotic BTS (built-to-suit) distribution centre for Auchan Polska. The centre in Wilcza Góra near Warsaw is to service Auchan’s customers from its updated internet platform. Within the centre, all operations are to be automated using proprietary systems from Ocado based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. 

Industrial developer Logicor has completed the first two buildings in Logicor Bucharest III Pallady Logistics Park, located near Bucharest. 

GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE has received a building permit for two industrial premises in Pohořelice, 30 km south of Brno. The construction of the two halls is starting almost immediately and to be available for the tenants within eight months.

Panattoni has completed the construction of a new 50,300 sqm park in Bolesławiec. The first tenant in the development in Lower Silesia is to be Toyota Boshoku Poland.

XBS Logistics and XBS PRO-LOG of the XBS Group have leased over 90,000 sqm in total across four industrial parks near Warsaw. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiations by Newmark Polska.

Total demand for industrial spaces in Hungary fell 11.5% to 483,000 sqm in the first three quarters versus the same period of last year. Net take-up, meanwhile, was up 3% to 384,980 sqm in the same interval, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).

CTP has welcomed Raben Group to its latest warehouse and shipping centre, which the company has just moved into at the CTPark Warsaw West complex in Poland. 

Lion’s Head Investments has purchased three logistic parks from BPD in Sofia, Varna and Ruse for €71.4 million, in one of the biggest deals closed on the Bulgarian market in recent years.
