Industrial developer CTP has signed a 5-year €1.3 billion Revolving Credit Facility (RCF), which replaces a previous RCF worth €550 million.

With its strategic location and rapidly expanding infrastructure, Poland is becoming a logistics and production hub for markets in Western Europe and Scandinavia, attracting investors and global corporations that are diversifying risk and shifting operations from Asia to Europe.

VGP has reached another milestone in VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City.  It has completed and handed over building B, where RTR-TRANSPORT A LOGISTIKA has leased warehouse and office premises.

The demand for logistics and industrial spaces reached 575,000 sqm during the first 9 months of 2024, down 20% compared with the same period of 2023, according to a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox report.

Panattoni has been awarded a green loan from Berlin Hyp AG worth €74.34 million. The financing is for a logistics centre in Bydgoszcz.

CTP has announced its sixth manufacturing and logistics investment in the Warsaw region, CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik. This new industrial and logistics park will include four warehouses with a total area of over 76,300 sqm, and construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2025.

P3 Logistic Parks and Orlen have signed a lease agreement for nearly 24,000 sqm of warehouse space at P3 Piotrków Park, in Poland.

Panattoni has completed a BTS development for an international client. A new factory was built in Świdnik for Trilux, the producer of professional lighting from Germany. The 23,000 sqm plant is the company’s first manufacturing facility in Poland.

According to a report published by Newmark Polska, despite an observed slowdown in occupier and developer activity, the European warehouse market continues to expand and is searching for a new equilibrium point. Green solutions are increasingly making their way into both warehouse facilities and logistics operations. Despite the challenges facing the warehouse sector across the European Union, this market shows strong growth potential, particularly in regions capable of adapting to new trends concerning both tenant needs and new regulations.

CTP has begun the construction of a new distribution centre at CTPark Blatnice in the Czech Republic for Redcare Pharmacy to serve the Austrian market.
