Panattoni Europe is to build another distribution centre for Castorama Polska. The project, one of the biggest in Poland, will be delivered in Stryków. Contruction works will commence later this April. The lease was mediated by experts from JLL.
In Q1 2017, industrial space totalling 162,400 sqm was completed within 10 industrial parks across the Czech Republic, bringing the total stock of modern industrial and logistics space to 6.47 million sqm. The Industrial Research Forum announced its preliminary industrial market figures for Q1 2017.
P3 has raised the final column on 26,000 sqm of warehousing and offices at P3 Błonie park near Warsaw in Poland. The space is being developed on a BTS basis for Antalis, a distributor of paper, packaging systems and plastics for visual communication.
Logistic company Geis has leased 5,600 sqm of a brand new logistic centre in the Řehlovice Industrial Zone. The premises were developed by Czech real estate company Real Spektrum in a built-to-suit project. During this February and March, fit-out of the premises was carried out according to the specifications of Geis, and the new logistics hub started operation at the beginning of April. The tenant was represented by JLL during the transaction.
CTP Invest has signed a lease agreement with MAKRO Cash & Carry ČR, for approx. 53,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at CTPark Prague North. The transaction ranks among the biggest deals recently concluded on the Czech industrial market. Total investment by CTP is planned to reach approximately €35 million.
Colliers International and Advisory Group TEST Human Resources have presented their analysis of the industrial market in Poland. The report presents the state of the industrial market in 9 locations: three Warsaw zones, Upper Silesia, Central Poland, Poznań, Wrocław, Tricity, Kraków, Bydgoszcz and Toruń and Szczecin.
Panattoni Europe is to build a logistics centre for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. The 79,000 sqm facility will be erected in Łódź, within the framework of BTS BSH, and will have its own railway siding. Construction works are planned to begin in the coming May, and the investment is anticipated to be completed in the spring next year.
Panattoni Europe is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place on 23 March, and completion of the investment is scheduled for August 2017.
P3 has completed the first two warehouses at P3 Prague D11, developed partly on a Build-to-Suit basis for Exiteria and FM Logistic, comprising a total of 60,000 sqm. The warehouses are among the largest buildings planned for the park and account for over a third of its total size. The rest of the site can accommodate eight further warehouses ranging from 3,000 sqm to 26,000 sqm. After completion, P3 Prague D11 will provide a total of 155,000 sqm.
