Logicor has started the construction of a new logistics park in the Logicor Prague-Průmyslová zone. The park is close to the southern part of the Prague Ring Road connecting the key strategic highways D1 and D11. 

With the new year's arrival, VGP has welcomed a new tenant to VGP Park Liberec. C.S.Cargo has leased almost 12,000 sqm. 

Hillwood has expanded its Polish portfolio with a logistics park covering nearly 43,000 sqm, located in Gdańsk, in the eastern part of the city. The seller was Blackstone. The price has not been disclosed.

CTP has launched a project for its long-time partner, Hitachi Energy, at CTPark Brno in the Czech Republic. The developer has also revealed its plans for a campus enriching the range of services in the industrial park. 

The cycle of soaring rent rates in Europe’s top logistics markets has ended, shows research by Garbe. During H2 2024, the average prime rent increased by just 6 cents, rising from €7.30 to €7.36 per sqm.

PINK (Polich Chamber of Commercial Real Estate) has published figures on the Polish warehouse market in Q4 2024. The data is sourced from advisory companies from the commercial real estate sector (Axi Immo, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Newmark Poland and Savills) and includes information on modern warehouse stock, new completions, space under construction, take-up, and vacancy levels.

Romania's industrial and logistics sector saw a 27% rise in new supply in 2024, with 572,000 sqm of new spaces completed. The total stock now stands at almost 7.6 million sqm, and over 200,000 sqm are currently under development. according to research by Cushman & Wakefield Exhinox.

P3 Logistic Parks has leased over a third of 230,006 sqm to major logistics companies and has also seen interest from manufacturing companies and e-shops in 2024. 

Leasing of industrial and logistics spaces in Romania amounted to around 620,000 sqm in 2024, down by around 20% compared to the near-record level reached in 2023. The overall stock rose by 400,000 sqm to 7.4 million sqm at the end of last year, according to a report by Colliers. 

Panattoni has secured financing for the first phase of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV — a logistics project underway in Głuchowo, near Poznań. The €9.1 million loan was provided by Santander Bank Polska.
