Poland's largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The facility was developed speculatively and was ready for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre used by the tenant, bringing their total leased space to over 34,000 sqm.

Around 4.54 million sqm of industrial space was leased in Poland during the first nine months of 2025, with renegotiations accounting for 52% of the volume, according to a report by Axi Immo. This reflects high overall take-up levels, as occupiers increasingly focus on long-term cost efficiency and portfolio optimisation. Developer caution and a slowdown in new completions (1.55 million sqm) point to continued growth, albeit at a slower pace. The vacancy rate remains steady at 8.2%.

Industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks has announced the extension of its warehouse and office space lease agreement with existing tenant ID Logistics.

Panattoni has handed over a new logistics centre in Üllő, developed for one of Hungary's leading drugstore chains. The facility features advanced technological solutions and marks Panattoni Hungary's fourth completed development and second joint project with OTP Real Estate Investment Fund. The approximately 32,000 sqm logistics centre was delivered within a comprehensive development framework and is expected to begin operations in Q2 2026.

Construction has begun on a new phase of Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North, expanding the industrial zone by nearly 46,500 sqm of sustainable space. The new warehouse will be completed in March 2027, representing another step in revitalising one of the Czech Republic's largest brownfields. The project will pursue the highest level of international BREEAM New Construction certification, with Panattoni as developer and Accolade Group as investor.

Panattoni has launched construction of a new plant in Łódź for Zrew Transformatory. The investment, worth about €27 million, will double the company's production capacity and create 200 new jobs.

CTP and ČEZ ESCO announce the launch of new solar power plants in and around Brno, the Czech Republic's second-largest city. The combined 5.5 MW rooftop installation is the largest project of its kind in the South Moravian region and will reduce emissions by more than 2,800 tons of CO₂ per year. A total of nearly 86,000 sqm of solar panels will cover the rooftops of industrial buildings at CTPark Brno and CTPark Brno South. The projects are part of the long-term cooperation between the two companies to develop sustainable energy solutions across CTP's portfolio of industrial parks.

Panattoni has exceeded 500,000 sqm of industrial space with the highest Outstanding rating under the international Breeam New Construction sustainability certification in the Czech Republic. This milestone was achieved with the recent certification of ZF's automated distribution centre at Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North.

IAD Investments Fund has completed the acquisition of a logistics property from a European investor and developer for its IAD Real Estate Investment Fund (IAD IRF). The 3,800 sqm facility is located directly adjacent to the runway at M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava, with direct connection to the airport's air cargo logistics operations.

Auchan has officially opened one of Poland's most technologically advanced fulfilment facilities in Wilcza Góra. The 18,000 sqm build-to-suit facility was developed by Panattoni and is fully adapted for e-grocery operations, equipped with the Ocado automation system. The investment is worth nearly €34 million.
