iO Partners, the JLL Preferred Partner, appointed Robert Sgariboldi as the Head of Industrial agency in Czechia. This strategic move comes in the wake of the recent appointment of James Fitzgerald as Regional Director for the Industrial & Logistics business, covering the CEE and Balkan region.

BO! holding, a group of companies focusing on real estate, investment and development activities, has agreed with Martin Zaremba, the owner of Sting Real Estate Agency and Sting Finance, to purchase 100% of RK Sting and Sting Finance shares. This will create one of the largest real estate agencies in the Czech market. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

Marie Baláčová has been named Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. She will also lead the business development services team for the CEE and Nordics region. The new role is a part of the company’s new operating model aiming at more efficient collaboration of market research, marketing and communications experts across countries and regions, further supporting advisory services to clients. 

AXI IMMO, an advisory firm operating in the Polish commercial real estate market, and British property consultancy Carter Jonas have formed an alliance, with both firms aiming to strengthen their cross-border activities.

Atenor Group has announced the appointment of Norbert Schőmer as the new leader to guide the real estate developer in Hungary. Mr. Schőmer has held significant roles in prominent organizations in the real estate industry over the past decades.

Changes are currently taking place in HB Reavis’ executive leadership teams and across the Board of Directors. Marian Herman and Peter Pecnik stepped down as Group CEO and Group CFO, respectively. The recently created HB Reavis Asset Management platform managing a €2.3 billion top asset portfolio will be led by Marcel Sedlak as CEO, Tomas Krajcir as CFO and Matus Liptak as COO. Steven Skinner was appointed as CEO to lead the company development arm that focuses on developing the existing pipeline.
