Griffin Capital Partners is expanding its team of professionals. Klara Dyjas and Karol Podgórski have joined the investment department, both as Associate Investments, while Mikołaj Pilarski, Senior Financial Controller, and Joanna Glinka, Junior Financial Analyst, have joined the finance department.


Klara Dyjas specializes in financial analysis and controlling. As Associate Investments at Griffin Capital Partners, she is responsible for developing the Life Spot and Hymon platforms. Prior to joining the company, she gained professional experience at the international consulting firm EY, as well as at the Frankfurt office of Deloitte. She also worked as a financial controller at Frisco.pl. Klara holds a bachelor's degree in management from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) and a master's in accounting and finance from Imperial College London.

Karol Podgórski is an Associate Investments at Griffin Capital Partners, specializing in financial analysis and investments. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Polski Fundusz Rozwoju gathering experience in transactions related to the infrastructure sector. He was also responsible for the portfolio company in the leisure segment, focusing on value creation and implementation of the investment program. Before PFR, he gained professional experience in valuation departments at Big Four companies. Karol holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is currently pursuing CFA qualifications to become a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mikołaj Pilarski is an expert in finance and accounting. As Senior Financial Controller, he is involved in covering the financial matters of Bauwert, a German developer. He has gained professional experience at the international consulting firm Deloitte, where he was responsible for auditing companies operating among others in the real estate sector. He also worked as a financial controller at Hines, one of the world's largest private real estate investors and managers. He graduated from Kozminski University with a degree in finance and accounting.

Joanna Glinka is a specialist in finance and accounting. As Junior Financial Analyst at Griffin Capital Partners, she carries out tasks supporting the development of the European Logistics Investment (ELI) logistics platform. Prior to joining Griffin, her professional experience included international firms such as KPMG, Mazars, Roedl providing audit, tax and advisory services, where she participated in the audit of local and international companies in various industries. She is a graduate of finance and accounting with a specialisation in accounting and auditing at the University of Warsaw.

New leases

  • Golden Star Estate has secured lease agreements totalling around 2,400 sqm at Warsaw-based Oxygen Park. Puerta has joined as the operator of the SZAWA conference centre, occupying over 650 sqm of training and event space. Additionally, fish product manufacturer Vicziunai-Pol Spółka leased nearly 140 sqm. Existing tenants Parker Hannifin, Diasorin Poland, and Nieruchomości Plus all extended their stays, maintaining a combined footprint of over 1,550 sqm.

New appointments

  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
