After 15 years in the Polish market, HB Reavis is changing its business profile. From the beginning of this year, it will be limiting its property development business by changing to HB Reavis Investments and remaining the property manager of Varso Place and Forest. CEO Sebastian Proć will be replaced in the management of the company by commercial director Cezary Błaszczyk.

Savills has promoted Kamil Kowa to Managing Director of Savills Poland. In his new role, Kowa will work closely with Stuart Jordan, CEO of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Savills to help clients operating in or looking to enter the Polish real estate market.

Savills has appointed Ondřej Míček as Head of the Industrial Agency for its Czech and Slovak operations from December 2023. Since joining Savills as a consultant concentrating primarily on industrial space leasing, Ondřej has expanded his role to cover industrial sales, land acquisitions and data centres. 

Panattoni has appointed logistics real estate veteran Nick Preston to diversify and increase its investor base as head of the newly created Panattoni Investment Management.

CPI Property Group has announced changes to the company’s Board of Directors and senior management team. David Greenbaum, CFO of the Group since 2018, has been appointed CEO and managing director and was co-opted to CPIPG’s Board of Directors. David replaces Martin Němeček, who resigned from his roles of CEO, managing director, and member of the board of directors. After a short break, Martin will remain with CPIPG in a newly created senior role focused on high-value projects.

iO Partners has decided to promote Ján Bošácky to the position of Head of Data for CEE. This decision is aimed at delivering best-in-class data solutions to regional and international clients. His mission is to build the most robust Real Estate Data Hub, which will, in turn, help maintain the company's status within the countries where iO Partners operates. 

Law firm Kinstellar Bucharest has expanded its real estate practice by hiring Corina Stanciu as Senior Associate and Cristiana Mic-Soare as Special Counsel. 

Alina Turcu has been appointed as the Regional Manager of PlanRadar in Romania. She has previously worked in the sales team of the company locally.

As of 7 November 2023, Swiss Life Select Reality will be managed by Andrea Daňhelová, who was previously Director of Operations, Legal and Compliance. Andrea Daňhelová takes over the management of one of the most important real estate companies on the Czech market from Jaromír Mašek, who has been in charge of the company since its establishment in 2013. Swiss Life Select Reality is a subsidiary of Swiss Life Select. 

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Magsud Rahmanov as the new Head of Hotel Transactions CEE & SEE and named him as a Partner.
