CBRE has announced the appointment of Ivana Rajković Špes as Country Head for the Croatian market within its Southeast Europe Office (SEE).

GTC Hungary and GTC S.A. have entered into a mutual employment contract termination agreement with Zoltán Fekete and János Gárdai. Both have also resigned from their seats on the Management Board of both entities. The resignation is effective as of 31 August 2023. Gyula Nagy and Zsolt Farkas were appointed Management Board members of GTC Hungary as well as the Management Board and Supervisory Board of GTC S.A., effective 31 August 2023.

Savills has appointed a CEO of Central and Eastern Europe. Current Managing Director of the Czech Republic & Slovakia, Stuart Jordan, will take on the role, having successfully developed the Czech Savills business since 2017, including its recent expansion of operations into Slovakia.

Colliers has appointed new managers to lead its industrial and investment divisions in the Czech Republic. Miroslav Kotek has been promoted to head of the industrial real estate team while Omar Sattar has been brought in to head up the real estate investment team. The main aim of this step is to strengthen the potential of both business lines of the company, to respond to the demands of the market and better deal with the dynamics of anticipated future growth in each sector.

iO Partners, JLL preferred partner in Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, has appointed Andrei Văcaru as Regional Head of Capital Markets for CEE. He has been working for the agency in Romania for the past 16 years.

Cushman & Wakefield has established in Poland a strategic consulting and ESG department led by Katarzyna Lipka. At the same time, Ewa Derlatka-Chilewicz has been promoted to Head of Research.

Commercial real estate group Immofinanz has extended the appointment of Radka Doehring to the Executive Board for a period of five years. The mandate will run through to April 2027, according to a decision of the company’s Supervisory Board.

CBRE Czech Republic has appointed Jakub Stanislav as Head of Investment Properties. Jakub Stanislav will oversee a team of four senior consultants and will be responsible for developing long-term strategies as well as building and developing client relationships. As part of his mandate, he will coordinate the purchase and sale of a wide range of commercial properties, from offices to logistics complexes and shopping centres to hotels.

Stefan de Goeij is joining the Cushman & Wakefield ESG team as a Partner. The sustainability and property management professional will lead the CEE team as Head of Sustainability & ESG as of July 2023.

CTP has appointed Peter Čerešník as COO. In his new position, he will oversee the company’s construction GLA and occupancy targets, developing CTP’s energy business into a reliable revenue stream and further progressing the areas of procurement, business development and HR strategy.
