Witold Rafalski joined GTC Poland as the Head of Asset Management and Marcin Zaskurski joined as the General Counsel and Head of Legal Department. 

The GTC Poland leasing team is joined by four new experts: Łukasz Jarzyło as Head of Office Leasing, Agnieszka Kuehn, Michał Kubicz and Maciej Łyszczyński as Senior Leasing Managers.

Andrzej Wronski, Group Head of Asset Management for P3 Logistic Parks, will be taking over the role of Managing Director for P3 Romania starting July 2023. He is replacing Sînziana Pardhan, who decided to step down after six years of running P3 operations in the country. 

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has appointed Justin Young as its new CEO, tasked with managing the ongoing transformation of the organization that includes the delivery of excellent experience for staff, members, and stakeholders. He will assume the new role as of July 5, replacing Richard Collins, who was appointed interim CEO back in October 2021 following the reforms recommended by the Levitt report. 

The Supervisory Board of Immofinanz has appointed Pavel Měchura to the Executive Board, effective immediately. The Immofinanz Executive Board will now include two members: Radka Doehring and Pavel Měchura. Also effective 16 June, Radka Doehring has become a member of the Executive Board of S Immo.

Keegan Viscius has been appointed as the new CEO of real estate group CA Immo, with the move effective as of June 10.  

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield URW announces the appointment of Jakub Skwarlo to the role of COO Central Europe, with responsibility for overseeing the company’s business in Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Poland and Slovakia. He will be based in Warsaw and also join the company’s Executive Committee.

Doron Klein, the CEO of AFI Europe Romania and The Czech Republic, has been appointed as Deputy CEO of AFI Europe group, in addition to his current position. 

The 12th JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament of the Real Estate Industry will be held on August 3 at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw. The goal of this year's event will be to support the construction of the Ronald McDonald House at the Children’s Memorial Health Institute. Property Forum is a media partner of this event. 

Griffin Capital Partners is expanding its team of professionals. Klara Dyjas and Karol Podgórski have joined the investment department, both as Associate Investments, while Mikołaj Pilarski, Senior Financial Controller, and Joanna Glinka, Junior Financial Analyst, have joined the finance department.
